Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the item. To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • All original tags and protective coverings must be present
  • All original documentation and certificates of authenticity must be included

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the specialized nature of our products and legal restrictions, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Automatic knives and stilettos that show signs of use, handling beyond inspection, or have had safety mechanisms disengaged
  • Items purchased as “final sale” or clearance
  • Products without original packaging or documentation
  • Custom or personalized orders

The Returns & Exchange Process

Step 1: Submit Your Return/Exchange Request

  • Your order number
  • Product name and item code
  • Reason for return or exchange
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions. Do not ship your return without this authorization as we cannot process unauthorized returns.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days of receipt), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Exchange Process
