Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the item. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Unused and in original packaging
- All original tags and protective coverings intact
- Including all original documentation and certificates of authenticity
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the specialized nature of our products and legal restrictions, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Automatic knives and stilettos that show signs of use, handling beyond inspection, or have had safety mechanisms disengaged
- Items purchased as “final sale” or clearance
- Products without original packaging or documentation
- Custom or personalized orders
The Returns & Exchange Process
Submit Your Return/Exchange Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
- Your order number
- Product name and item code
- Reason for return or exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
You can use the template provided below to ensure you include all necessary information.
Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions. Do not ship your return without this authorization as we cannot process unauthorized returns.
Package and Ship Your Return
Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all documentation. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days of receipt), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

The refund amount will exclude original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
If you’re exchanging an item for a different product:
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive and process your return
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference plus shipping costs for the new item
- If the exchanged item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you, including covering return shipping.
